Abstract Format & Specifications
- Word Count: The abstract text should be limited to a maximum of 300 words.
- Title & Authors: Abstract title must be concise. Clearly indicate the presenting author (underlined) along with co-authors and institutional affiliations.
- Keywords: Include 3 to 5 relevant keywords.
- File Format: Submissions must be made via the abstract submission form in PDF format.
- Submission Deadline: 25 August 2026
Poster Presentation Specifications
- Poster Size: Standard A0 size (Portrait orientation: 841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
- Display: Mounting boards and pins/tape will be provided at the venue.
- Presentation: Presenters are requested to be available at their designated poster boards during scheduled poster evaluation sessions.
